Each of our products is not just a piece of metal. Our systems, designed from scratch by our expert engineering team in our facilities, undergo the toughest tests in terms of air resistance, acoustic comfort, and energy efficiency.

Our products, theoretically perfected with computer-aided design (CAD) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, are physically tested through 3D prototyping and then put into production.

Advanced tests and engineering stages conducted in our laboratories

 

Aerodynamics and Flow Analyses

The surfaces of our products that come into contact with air are simulated using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). This ensures minimum air resistance (pressure loss) and optimal flow distribution.

 

Acoustics and Noise Control

In modern architecture, silence is the greatest luxury. We conduct acoustic tests in anechoic chambers to minimize the turbulence noises caused by the blade angles of our vents and diffusers.

 

Materials Technologies and Corrosion

We conduct metallurgical analyses to enhance the resistance of our products to harsh conditions (humidity, salt, industrial gases), testing the thicknesses of electrostatic paint and anodized coatings at micron levels.

 

Rapid Prototyping (3D Print)

Completed designs are physically printed with our industrial 3D printers before entering the mold without any direct transition. Assembly, tolerance, and aesthetic controls are performed to apply the zero-error principle.
